[Purpose/significance] With the background of “innovation driven development, constructing a powerful manufacturing country”, enterprises need to build the knowledge management system and innovation management system to meet the new policy and knowledge environment. The case of Lonyan Tobacco could offer us some good practice and indication. [Method/process] By the case study, we induced the background of this company, analyzed the structure, function and value of its innovation management system focused on the intelligence knowledge management system. [Result/conclusion] The innovation management system focused on knowledge management realizes the creativity activation and sharing, improves the innovation scope and enthusiasm, and explores the inner dynamic of innovation effectively.
