[Purpose/significance] This research aims to make anin-depth review on information industry researches in China and depict the development rules of Chinese information industry. [Method/process] We employed co-word and conceptual network analyses. Through the knowledge graph of current researches, information technologies and industrialization, information security, information resources development and planning, governmental information service, information policies and information industry in the process of regional integration were deeply discussed.[Result/conclusion] Under the national information strategies and policies, the technology development promotes the information industry activities. Interest coordination and policy connection become the key factors for an effective regional integration.
