[Purpose/significance] With the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional collective management of copyright has been significantly influenced, and the change of model is inevitable. [Method/process] In this article, the author makes some simple researches of collective management of copyright in the Internet, and puts forward the open copyright collective management mode, and discusses the definition, the difficulties and the countermeasures. The author does the work in order to protect the copyright. [Result/conclusion] There are many problems need to be solved such as laws and regulations about the collective management of copyright, policies, license, the maintenance of rights, transmission efficiency and the construction of management system.
