Empowering the Construction of a Knowledge Management Operation Mechanism with Large Language Models: A Case Study of Power Enterprises
[Purpose/Significance] The research on constructing pathways for large language models to empower the knowledge management operation mechanism of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation aims to revolutionize traditional knowledge management models, enhance the efficiency of knowledge flow and value mining capabilities, and provide intelligent support for organizational decision-making and innovation. [Method/Process] By deconstructing concepts related to knowledge management in power enterprises, examining trends in knowledge management operations in the era of artificial intelligence, analyzing case studies of large language models empowering knowledge management operations in energy-related enterprises, and summarizing the efforts in building the knowledge management operation mechanism at Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, this study validated that large language models can indeed empower the construction of knowledge management operation mechanisms in power enterprises. [Result/Conclusion] Large language models can assist power grid companies in achieving the operational goals of making tacit knowledge explicit, institutionalizing operations, and realizing the value of knowledge within their knowledge management frameworks.
