The Impact of Personal Knowledge Management on Technical Innovation from the Perspective of Ba——Taking X Enterprise as an Example
[Purpose/Significance] Enterprise technical innovation is the key for enterprise to keep pace with the times. This paper selects the individual level to study how knowledge management affects technical innovation from the perspective of Ba, and aims to break through the previous research limitations from the organizational level. [Method/Process] This paper adopted the method of case analysis to construct the research framework of the impact of personal knowledge management on technical innovation based on the three stages of Ba-- practice field, thematic knowledge community and social knowledge network, and discussed how this process affected breakthrough technical innovation and incremental technical innovation. [Result/Conclusion] The results indicate that personal knowledge is the core and foundation of organizational technological innovation. And forming a benign personal knowledge management cycle by knowledge accumulation, knowledge radiation, knowledge sharing and knowledge application can effectively promote technical innovation.
