Network Learning in Open Innovation Environment: Background, Connotation, and Cases

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Due to the continuous development of information technology, it is necessary to improve on the traditional teaching methods and learning modes to meet the needs of the new environment. [Method/process] Through the review of classic literature and case analysis, this paper introduced the evolution of knowledge management, the key points of networked learning and open innovation, and how they are implemented in enterprises, universities, and other organizations. [Result/Conclusion] Networked learning connects people and information through the network. The cMOOC embodies the requirements of network learning, and is consistent with the purpose of open innovation. The future education, learning and knowledge management activities need to continuously match the dynamic characteristics of knowledge.
