Abstract

[Purpose/significance]In order to promote the quality of tourism, this paper aims at building up the public sentiment early warning system from the perspective of tourists.[Method/process] We constructed the theoretical system of the tourism public sentiment pre-warning system on the basis of the customer satisfaction theory and user experience theory, the supply chain of tourism theory, the crisis warning and response theory. Then, we established the public sentiment pre-warning system. This system included tourists’ real-time information collection module, information analysis module and warning level module. At the same time, this paper selected Suzhou as a case study to insure the system’s effectiveness and practicality.[Result/conclusion] Finally, this paper proposes two suggestions. Tourism enterprises should strengthen the control of quality, and tourism management departments should clarify the security line and strengthen cooperation between different departments.
