Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper proposes an automatic and efficient mining process of the strategic intent for the acquisition issues of enterprise strategic intelligence in competitive intelligence, and guides the enterprises to gather strategic intelligence information and improve the effectiveness of the strategic intent mining. [Method/process] This paper explored the system solution of enterprise strategic intelligence acquisition by introducing the technology of entity relation extraction. Then it took enterprise merger events as examples, applied the relation extraction technology to collect the enterprise merger and acquisition relation and revealed the strategic intent of enterprise mergers and acquisitions by entity attribute extraction, and verified the effectiveness of the extraction system through the merger and acquisition cases of Alibaba Group. [Result/conclusion] This solution can efficiently and automatically extract the enterprise merger and acquisition relation from massive web information and mine enterprises business areas. Through the visual technique to reveal the strategic intents of enterprise mergers and acquisitions, the purposes of automatic and fast acquisition of enterprise competitive intelligence are achieved.
