摘要

【目的/意义】 融合知识管理理论与物联网技术,构建智能化管理解决方案,为休闲渔业升级提供科技支撑,以推动海南海钓行业规范化与数字化转型。 【方法/过程】 基于HiTo智能手环实时数据采集与大数据分析技术,设计开发“德胜海途”综合管理信息服务平台,集成安全预警、资源调度、用户行为分析等功能模块,并通过案例实证、专家评估与仿真验证多轮优化系统效能。 【结果/结论】 基于HiTo智能手环的“德胜海途”综合管理信息服务平台可显著降低海钓事故率(降幅达35%),提升渔业资源配置效率(28%),增强用户活跃度(增长40%)。通过智能设备实时感知与动态分析,可以实现风险精准预警与资源智能分配,为休闲渔业数字化转型提供可复制的技术路径与管理范式。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] In order to promote the standardization and digital transformation of Hainan sea fishing industry, this paper integrates knowledge management theory and Internet of Things technology to build intelligent management solutions and provide scientific and technological support for the upgrading of recreational fisheries. [Method/Process] Based on the real-time data acquisition and big data analysis technology of HiTo smart bracelet, the "Deshun Haitu" integrated management information service platform was designed and developed. The platform incorporated functional modules such as safety early-warning, resource scheduling, and user behavior analysis. Its efficacy was validated and refined through multiple iterations of case studies, expert evaluations, and simulation tests. [Result/Conclusion] "Desheng Haitu" integrated management information service platform based on HiTo smart bracelet can significantly reduce the rate of sea fishing accidents (down 35%), improve the efficiency of fishery resource allocation (28%), and enhance user activity (up 40%). Through the real-time perception and dynamic analysis of intelligent devices, accurate risk early warning and intelligent resource allocation can be realized, and a replicable technical path and management paradigm can be provided for the digital transformation of recreational fisheries.
