
信息素养学习投入对研究生创新能力影响的实证研究
An Empirical Study on the Impact of Information Literacy Academic Engagement on Postgraduate Innovation Ability
[目的/意义] 揭示信息素养学习投入如何影响研究生创新能力,有助于优化信息素养教育策略,促进研究生创新能力发展。[方法/过程] 研究基于学习投入理论,构建信息素养学习投入对研究生创新能力的影响因素模型,探讨信息素养学习投入对研究生创新能力的促进作用。[结果/结论] 实证结果表明:信息素养学习投入的活力和专注指标能够显著影响研究生创新能力;研究生创新能力水平在经过信息素养课程后提升明显;信息素养教育后的研究生创新能力在性别和师范生学习经历等人口变量上的差异均不明显。建议通过营造积极情感氛围、调整思政元素着力点等方式促进信息素养学习投入,培养研究生创新能力。
[Purpose/Significance] Reveal how academic engagement in information literacy affects postgraduate innovation ability can help optimize information literacy education strategies and promote postgraduate innovation ability. [Method/Process] Based on the theory of academic engagement, the study constructed the influencing factors model of information literacy academic engagement on postgraduate innovation ability, and explored the promoting effect of information literacy academic engagement on postgraduate innovation ability. [Result/Conclusion] The results indicate that: The “vigor” and “absorbed” indicators of academic engagement in information literacy significantly affect postgraduate innovation ability. The innovation ability level of postgraduates significantly improves after undergoing information literacy courses. There are no significant differences in the postgraduate’s innovation abilities after information literacy education concerning demographic variables such as gender and experience of normal students. It is recommended to create a positive emotional atmosphere and adjust the focus of ideological and political elements in the curriculum to promote academic engagement in information literacy, thereby cultivating postgraduate innovation ability.
