[目的/意义] 情报在公共突发卫生事件处置中有着举足轻重的作用。建立面向应急管理的公共卫生突发事件情报介入机制，是预防突发卫生事件发生，消减突发卫生事件影响的有效措施。[方法/过程] 通过网络调研法与文献分析法，对非典、甲型H1N1流感、H7N9禽流感、新冠疫情等公共突发卫生事件中情报介入的现状进行调研，分析情报介入突发卫生事件应急管理的必要性和我国当前情报介入存在的问题，并以情报为核心，探索公共突发卫生事件应急处置各阶段中情报介入的相关机制。[结果/结论] 所提出的情报介入机制，通过对情报的采集、处理、挖掘和利用，实现在不同的突发卫生事件应急管理阶段发挥情报的价值，从而实现对公共突发卫生事件的智能、高效、合理管控处置。

[Purpose/Significance] Intelligence plays a pivotal role in the handling of social public health emergencies. Establishing a public health emergency information intervention mechanism based on emergency management is an effective measure to prevent the occurrence of public health emergencies and reduce their impact. [Method/Process] This study conducted an investigation on the status quo of intelligence intervention in public health emergencies such as SARS, H1N1 influenza, H7N9 avian influenza, and new coronary pneumonia through network research and literature analysis, and analyzed intelligence intervention in health emergencies. The necessity of incident emergency management and the existing problems of China's current intelligence intervention were analyzed, and take intelligence as the core, explored the relevant mechanisms of intelligence intervention in various stages of public health emergencies emergency response. [Result/Conclusion] The proposed intelligence intervention mechanism realized intelligent, efficient and reasonable management and control of public health emergencies through the collection, processing, mining and utilization of intelligence.
