摘要

[目的/意义] 当今时代互联网已成为用户获取和分享健康信息的重要方式，分析网络健康信息搜寻行为可以掌握未来研究的发展趋势，为提升网络健康信息质量和服务满意度提供参考。[方法/过程] 梳理国内外网络健康信息搜寻相关文献，首先对影响个体信息搜寻行为的理论模型进行评析，然后对研究视角进行分类，主要从个体的人口统计特征、心理特征、健康平台和任务类型4个方面对影响用户在线健康信息搜寻行为的因素进行系统性分析。[结果/结论] 结合文献梳理结果，依据现阶段的研究现状，从方法创新、媒介选择、变量探索、案例结合这4个角度给出未来值得深入研究的方面。

Abstract

[Purpose / significance] Nowadays, the Internet has become an important way for users to obtain and share health information. Analyzing the search behavior of network health information can grasp the development trend of future research, and provide reference for improving the quality of network health information and service satisfaction. [Method / process] This paper reviewed the literature related to online health information search at home and abroad. Firstly, it evaluated the theoretical models that affect the individual information search behavior, and then classified the research perspectives. It systematically analyzed the factors that affect the user's online health information search behavior from four aspects: individual demographic characteristics, psychological characteristics, health platform and task types. [Result / conclusion] Combined with the results of literature review, according to the current research situation, from the four perspectives of method innovation, media selection, variable exploration and case combination, this paper gives the aspects worthy of in-depth study in the future.
