摘要

[目的/意义] 通过简述同济大学机构知识库的服务实践经验，探讨机构知识库的服务方式。 [方法/过程]结合同济大学机构知识库的服务实践经验，进行用户群体的需求分析、详细介绍基于科研信息管理需求的特色服务模式以及服务成效，总结机构知识库建设需要考虑的因素，包括数据质量、使用细节、宣传方式。[结果/结论]对机构知识库今后的发展趋势展开讨论，如查新查引的延伸服务、移动使用的扩展服务。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through a brief description of the service practical experience of Tongji University's institutional repositories, the service methods of the institutional repositories were discussed. [Method/process] This paper introduced in detail the characteristic service mode and service effect based on the needs of scientific research information management, and summarized the factors that need to be considered in the construction of the institutional repository, including: data quality, usage details, and publicity methods. [Results/conclusion] This paper discussed the future development trend of institutional repositories, such as extended services for new search and citation, and extended services for mobile use.
