Efficient Knowledge Management Accelerates the Digital Transformation of Enterprises —— A Case Study of Arup
[目的/意义] 近年来,科技进步不断地改变着建筑和规划的设计与交付方式、行业合作的模式,以及其为人类、社区和环境带来福祉的途径。如今,颠覆性技术(例如5G、云计算、物联网、大数据分析和人工智能等)正在重新定义企业如何管理项目和运营效率。知识管理体系亦需要随着科技的进步而改变以适应新的数字时代环境,同时高效知识管理体系亦是加速企业数字化转型的关键要素。 [方法/过程] 通过介绍奥雅纳在数字环境下新的知识管理体系如何加速推动公司数字化转型,说明高效知识管理是推动企业变更管理的重要因素。[结果/结论] 在这个新的数字时代,知识管理将大不相同,而新的现代化知识管理系统是前提条件,也是促进整个组织数字化转型的关键推动力。知识管理体系应随着科技进步而逐渐演变,变得更加有效、更加多元化,以迎接不同的时代变化和策略,促进公司改革并为客户提供更多更卓越的技术与服务。
[Purpose/significance] In recent years, technological advances have continuously changed the way buildings and planning are designed and delivered, the way the industry collaborates, and the way they benefit people, communities, and the environment. Today, disruptive technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, big data analytics and artificial intelligence are redefining how companies manage projects and operate efficiently. Knowledge management system also needs to change with the progress of science and technology to adapt to the new digital era environment. Meanwhile, efficient knowledge management system is also the key element to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises.[Methods/process] By introducing how the new knowledge management system of Arup accelerates the digital transformation of the company in the digital environment, it was illustrated that efficient knowledge management is an important factor to promote the change management of the enterprise.[Result/conclusion] In this new digital age, knowledge management will be very different, and a new modern knowledge management system is a prerequisite and a key driver for the digital transformation of the entire organization. The knowledge management system should gradually evolve with the progress of technology and become more effective and diversified in order to meet the changes and strategies of different times, promote the reform of the company and provide more and more excellent technologies and services for clients.
