
开放式创新环境下的网络化学习:背景、内涵与案例
Network Learning in Open Innovation Environment: Background, Connotation, and Cases
[目的/意义]在信息科技不断发展的背景下,需要反思传统的教学方法和学习模式,以符合新环境的需求。本文分析了知识环境和知识管理的演进,讨论了网络化学习的内涵,及其与开放创新的关系。[方法/过程]通过经典文献的回顾和案例分析,介绍知识管理的演进、网络化学习以及开放创新的要点,以及它们应如何在企业、大学等组织团体中实施。[结果/结论]网络化学习通过网络连接了人与信息,cMOOC体现了网络化学习的要求,并且与开放创新的目的相一致。未来的教育、学习与知识管理活动需要去更好地契合知识的动态特性。
[Purpose/significance] Due to the continuous development of information technology, it is necessary to improve on the traditional teaching methods and learning modes to meet the needs of the new environment. [Method/process] Through the review of classic literature and case analysis, this paper introduced the evolution of knowledge management, the key points of networked learning and open innovation, and how they are implemented in enterprises, universities, and other organizations. [Result/Conclusion] Networked learning connects people and information through the network. The cMOOC embodies the requirements of network learning, and is consistent with the purpose of open innovation. The future education, learning and knowledge management activities need to continuously match the dynamic characteristics of knowledge.
