[目的/意义]以理论与实践融合为导向，为企业知识管理实现场景革命、知识赋能和实践路径提供指导，助力企业知识管理实现从1到N到N平方纵深方向发展。[方法/过程]通过对业务场、知识场、人际场和技术场4个维度进行场景革命，并应用“1+4”模型使得知识从“管”到“用”，最后分阶段解读知识管理的实践路径。[结果/结论]明确场景革命4个维度操作，配套落实各类场景；根据“1+4”模型为知识资产、个人、团队、组织和业务进行知识赋能；对照实践路径，企业寻找自身发展痛点，量身定制知识管理方案，为企业及员工提供更好地赋能。

[Purpose/significance] Guided by the integration of theory and practice, it provided guidance for the realization of scene revolution, knowledge empowerment and practical path of enterprise knowledge management, and helped enterprise knowledge management to realize from 1 to N to N square.
