摘要

[目的/意义] 从供给侧的角度理解开放知识的产生与作用，有助于更好地发挥开放知识作为创新资源的作用。[方法/过程]通过理论分析提出开放知识的综合定义和开放知识供给体系的整合框架，通过典型案例对框架构成要素进行解释。 [结果/结论] 在开放创新环境下，开放知识已经成为驱动创新的重要资源，开放知识供给体系可以从内容供给、政策供给、服务和平台供给等方面进行理论和培育。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Understanding on generation and function of open knowledge from the perspective of supply side, help to activate open knowledge as important innovation resource. [Method/process] Through theoretical analysis, the comprehensive definition of open knowledge and the integration framework of open knowledge supply system were brought out, and the components of the framework were explained through typical cases. [Result/Conclusion] In the open innovation environment, open knowledge has become an important resource to drive innovation. The open knowledge supply system can be developed from content supply, policy supply, service and platform supply.
