[目的/意义] 旨在探寻人工智能时代知识管理新的发展方向。[方法/过程] 通过对人工智能的缘起与崛起、中国知识管理20年历史等进行回顾，发掘两者的内在关联。[结果/结论] 知识管理进入KM3.0阶段，将会与人工智能的关系越来越紧密，尤其在智能知识标引、智能知识搜索、智能知识创造、智能知识推送、智能决策支持等场景，具有极大的应用价值。

[Purpose/significance] Knowledge management has been developing for 20 years in China. With the coming of the era of artificial intelligence, what are the new trends of knowledge management development will have to be solved urgently. [Method/process] By reviewing the origin and rise of AI and the 20-year history of knowledge management in China, this paper explores and seeks the internal relationship between AI and KM. [Result/conclusion] As knowledge management enters the KM3.0 stage, it will be more and more closely related to AI.
