摘要

随着新技术及人文环境的变化,信息素养的内涵越来越丰富,它所确立的方法论在不同领域得到广泛应用。美国的法学教育适时引入这一方法论,引领了全球法学教育的发展。美国的经验对当前中国法学教育的顺利转型具有一定的借鉴。
