[目的/意义] 分析图书馆学科服务系统的耗散结构特征，论述加强系统动态平衡的策略。[方法/过程] 基于耗散结构理论，提出加强学科服务系统的开放、自组织、协同和创新等功能，保证学科服务在非平衡态下知识有效流动与整合。[结果/结论] 通过对学科服务系统耗散结构及特征深入分析与研究，可以有效指导学科服务工作及其服务拓展和服务创新。

[Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the characteristics of the dissipative structure of the academic library subject service system，and discusses the strategy of strengthening the system dynamic equilibrium. [Method/process] According to the dissipative structure theory, the paper put forward several new ideas and methods to manage the subject service system and its knowledge integration. [Result/conclusion] Through the analysis and research on the dissipative structure and characteristics of the subject service system, it can effectively guide the subject service work and promote its service development and service innovation.
