[目的/意义] 针对目前国内会议文献出版过程中的问题与不足，在借鉴国外已有会议文献开放出版平台先进经验的基础上，以中国科学院为例，探索了国内会议文献开放出版策略。[方法/过程] 调研中国科学院会议文献管理与出版工作现状，并对建立中国科学院会议文献开放出版平台的可行性和制约因素分别进行分析，而后讨论会议文献开放出版活动中涉及的研究人员、会议主办方、出版机构、资助机构及图书馆等主体的利益需求。[结果/结论] 提出了推进中科院会议文献开放出版工作的4点建议与措施，包括：制定全院统一的会议文献开放出版政策，明确机构分工与职责，创建开放出版平台及健全配套机制等。

[Purpose/significance] As for the problems and shortcomings of conference proceedings publishing in China, this paper discusses the strategies of conference proceedings open access publishing (OAP) at Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), based on the advanced experience of foreign conference proceedings OAP platforms. [Method/process] The paper first introduced the state of conference proceedings publishing at CAS and presented the feasibilities and obstacles of conference proceedings OAP at CAS. Then, the paper analyzed the requirements of different stakeholders. [Result/conclusion] This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures on conference proceedings OAP at CAS.
