摘要

借鉴社会网络理论方法,基于显、隐知识流向分析,提出一种跨组织协作中知识缺口和显、隐知识平衡的量化分析方法,通过构建跨组织显、隐知识流对比矩阵,从个体和群体两个层面对跨组织知识缺口和显、隐知识流平衡状况进行度量分析,指导跨组织协作和知识共享的改进。最后通过一个案例验证此方法。
