摘要

全面介绍哈佛大学图书馆学科服务的主要特色与最新进展，引入哈佛大学学科服务前沿发展理念，重点阐述其在学科资源建设、参考咨询服务、用户培训、嵌入式课程和研究服务等方面的特色。通过典型案例分析，论述哈佛大学图书馆在打造先进信息服务平台、强化学科服务团队建设、加强学科资源的组织与揭示和引导用户开展自我培训等方面的先进做法。
