
基于知识管理动态能力的企业技术创新研究
Research on Enterprise Technological Innovation Based on the Dynamic Capability of Knowledge Management
通过对知识获取、积累、整合、应用、创新等方面的动态管理,构建一个能够有效吸收、保持、共享和转换知识的管理机制,已成为企业制定企业技术创新决策、推动技术创新顺利开展和提高技术创新绩效的重要保障。以知识管理动态过程入手,探讨知识获取,知识整合,知识吸收和知识创新的动态过程及其作用于企业学习能力与技术能力成长的内在机制,借助结构方程分析验证了企业知识管理动态能力对企业技术创新绩效的正向影响关系。
