
知识工作者生产率测量维度研究
Research on Measurement Dimensions of Knowledge Worker Productivity
在分析知识工作者生产率评价和生产率测量维度重要性的基础上,通过文献回顾总结出知识工作者生产率测量的13个维度,作为问卷调查的题项,有针对性地对215名知识工作者进行调查。并对所得数据进行描述性统计分析、因子分析、信度与效度分析,最终确定知识工作者生产率测量的5个维度,分别是:工作数量、工作质量、工作有效性、客户满意度和工作成功度,详细分析这5个维度,为知识工作者的生产率评价指出方向。
