摘要

[目的/意义] 编制科学的职业倦怠测量工具,有助于正确研判全社会或特定领域档案工作者的职业倦怠状况,发现职业倦怠产生与发展的影响因素,有针对性地进行优化和调适。 [方法/过程] 基于已有研究文献,构建出针对档案工作者的职业倦怠测量量表,经过优化与修正的量表由4个维度、21个问项构成,信效度良好,可作为档案工作者职业倦怠的测量工具。 [结果/结论] 以此对档案工作者展开测量,结果显示调查的291名档案工作者中有144人呈现职业倦怠,占比49.48%。研究发现档案工作者职业倦怠的主要影响因素有社会认同感、同事与服务用户态度及职业待遇、工作地区、专业背景与健康状况等。建议从培养档案工作认同、提升档案工作者信息素养、加强档案工作宣传等方面缓解档案工作者的职业倦怠。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Developing a scientific tool for measuring job burnout can help to accurately assess the job burnout status of archive workers in the whole society or specific fields, identify the influencing factors of job burnout generation and development, and optimize and adjust them in a targeted manner. [Method/Process] Based on existing research literature, a measurement scale for job burnout of archivists has been constructed. The optimized and revised scale consisted of 4 dimensions and 21 questions, with good reliability and validity, and could be used as a measurement tool for job burnout of archivists. [Result/Conclusion] Based on this measurement of archivists, the results showed that 144 out of 291 archivists surveyed exhibited occupational burnout, accounting for 49.48%. The study found that the main influencing factors of occupational burnout among archivists include social identity, attitudes, and professional treatment of colleagues and service users, work area, professional background, and health status. Suggestions should be made to alleviate the occupational burnout of archivists by cultivating their identification with archival work, enhancing their information literacy, and strengthening the promotion of archival work.
