摘要

[目的/意义] 旨在探究公众对人工智能的认知与情感态度以及其传导机制,对丰富人工智能相关领域的研究具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 以ChatGPT为例,采用文本挖掘的方法搜集公众参与此话题讨论的微博评论数据并进行情感分析,在此基础上利用元胞自动机模型模拟并探究公众对人工智能认知与情感的传递机制。[结果/结论] 研究结论表明:公众在微博话题对ChatGPT的讨论整体呈积极正向的态度,公众看待人工智能的认知与情感态度和公众的初始情感及周围邻居的影响力权重密切相关。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to explore the public's perceptions and emotional attitude towards artificial intelligence and its transmission mechanism, which is of great significance to enrich research in artificial intelligence-related fields. [Method/Process] Taking ChatGPT as an example, text mining methods were used to collect Weibo comment data of public participation in this topic discussion and sentiment analysis was performed. On this basis, the cellular automaton model was used to simulate and explore the transmission mechanism of public's cognition and emotion on artificial intelligence. [Result/Conclusion] The research conclusions show that: First, the public’s discussion of ChatGPT on Weibo topics generally has a positive attitude. Second, the public’s perceptions and emotional attitude toward artificial intelligence is closely related to the public’s initial emotion and the influence weight of surrounding neighbors.
