摘要

[目的/意义]通过对知识学习在航空公司安全运营管理模式中的运行机理的探索,为提高航空公司安全运营管理水平寻求更优方案。[方法/过程] 运用文献调研法和网络调查法,基于SECI知识转化理论,对航空公司安全运营管理知识的构成及学习模式进行分析,并提出优化路径。[结果/结论] 航空公司安全运营管理知识由理论知识、实操知识和知识堑口构成,三者有序转化。航空公司安全运营管理的知识学习模式的优化可以从知识学习的内化、沟通、整合、创新和共享5个方面入手,并通过建立电子知识管理系统,提高跨界信息吸收程度,构建国内航空事故数据库等措施来实现。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] By exploring the operating mechanism of knowledge learning in the airline safety operation management model, we seek a better solution for improving the airline safety operation management. [Method/Process] Using literature research method and network survey method, we analyzed the composition and learning mode of airline safety operation management knowledge based on SECI knowledge transformation theory, and proposed an optimization path. [Result/Conclusion] The knowledge of airline safety operation management consists of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and knowledge rift, which are transformed in an orderly manner. The optimization of the knowledge learning mode of airline safety operation management can be started from five aspects of knowledge learning: internalization, communication, integration, innovation and sharing, and can be realized by establishing an electronic knowledge management system, improving the degree of cross-border information absorption and constructing a domestic aviation accident database.
