[目的/意义] 生成式预训练聊天模型ChatGPT火爆出圈，通过人工智能生产内容，为企业的知识管理打开一扇新的大门。[方法/过程] 通过研究ChatGPT的缘起及发展，梳理其与知识管理的关系，并分析它对知识管理者产生的影响。[结果/结论] ChatGPT及其同类产品将促使知识管理界生产重大变化，知识管理相关从业者应该未雨绸缪，积极应变，投身于其中并与之共舞。
[Purpose/significance] Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) has become popular, producing content through artificial intelligence and opening a new door for knowledge management in enterprises. [Method/process] By studying the origin and development of ChatGPT, the relationship between it and knowledge management was sorted out, and its impact on knowledge managers was analyzed. [Result/Conclusion] ChatGPT and its similar products will promote significant changes in the knowledge management, and knowledge management practitioners should be proactive, plan ahead, and immerse themselves in it and embrace it.
