[目的/意义]从《2021中国知识管理调查报告》中的客观调查数据和分析结论，探查2021年中国知识管理发展现状、面临的挑战并展望其未来发展。[方法/过程] 以《2021中国知识管理调查报告》的主要调查数据和关键分析结果为基础，对整体发展现状、面临挑战和未来发展三个主要方面进行进一步的分析与呈现。 [结果/结论]中国知识管理在认知理解、持续迭代、良好实践、价值认可、系统技术、知识体系、配套机制建设上都有不断的进展，但多个关键域体系发展仍不均衡和深入，推动负责部门和人员角色多样化等问题明显。同时，面对中国的数字化、智能化、产业升级、业务更迭等大背景，对知识管理进行价值评估和与业务进行有效融合是知识管理面临的最大挑战，知识管理如何深入人心和如何有效应用的方法也是知识管理面临的较大挑战。知识管理未来可以从面向技术、面向业务场景化、面向个体和从业者的知识管理三个方面进行发展和突破。

[Purpose/Significance] From the objective survey data and analysis conclusions of 2021 China Knowledge Management Survey Report, this research explores the current situation, challenges and future development of knowledge management in China in 2021. [Method/Process] Based on the main survey data and key analysis results of 2021 China Knowledge Management Survey Report, this paper further analyzed and present the overall development status, challenges and future development prospects of knowledge management in Chinese organizations in 2021. [Result/Conclusion] Knowledge management in China has made continuous progress in cognitive understanding, continuous iteration, good practice, value recognition, system technology, knowledge system and supporting mechanism construction, but the development in multiple key areas are still not balanced and in-depth. At the same time, facing the big background of China's rapid economic change, digitization, intellectualization, industrial upgrading and business change, value evaluation and effective integration with business are the biggest challenges facing knowledge management. At the same time, it is also a big challenge for knowledge management to be deeply rooted and effectively applied. Knowledge management can be further developed and broken through from three aspects: technology-oriented, business scenario oriented, individual and practitioner-oriented knowledge management in the future.
