
苏黎世联邦理工学院图书馆实验室运作机制分析及启示
Operation Mechanism Analysis and Insights of ETH Library Lab
[目的/意义] 国外一流大学图书馆逐步嵌入科研生命周期的核心位置,这一新趋势下涌现了不少全新实践成果,本文通过聚焦亮点个案,探讨图书馆转型过程中的创新方向和可能性。[方法/过程] 采用网络调研和文献调研法进行个案研究,介绍苏黎世联邦理工学院的ETH图书馆实验室创新项目,从其顶层设计、运作机制、项目成果进行深入分析,全面展示该项目在图书馆科研服务转型中的创新之处。 [结果/结论] ETH图书馆实验室的阶段性成果为国内高校图书馆提供两大借鉴:其一是图书馆可以从战略出发,梳理自身在科研生命周期内的价值贡献点,重点进行赋能;其二是在图书馆转型创新的路径选择上,可以积极寻求外部合作,通过相对独立的项目组进行交叉学科创新。
[Purpose/Significance] First-class university libraries in foreign countries are gradually embedding in the core position of the academic life cycle. This new trend has resulted in a number of new practices. This paper discusses this innovation direction and possibility in the process of library transform by focusing on a highlighted case. [Method/Process] By using web research and literature research methods to conduct a case study, the paper introduced the ETH Library Lab innovation project of ETH-Zurich, conducted in-depth analysis from top-level design, operation mechanism and project results, and fully presented its forward-thinking innovation in scientific research service transformation. [Result/Conclusion] Phased results of ETH Library Lab provide two valuable key points to domestic university libraries: First, libraries should strategically sort out their value contribution points in the academic life cycle and focus on empowerment. Secondly, on the choice of paths for library transformation and innovation, libraries can actively seek external cooperation and carry out interdisciplinary innovation by setting up a relatively independent project team.
