[目的/意义]通过计算图书情报与档案管理类学术期刊微信公众号运营效率，了解其发展现状，并给出针对性建议，对图情档类学术期刊公众号未来发展具有一定指导意义。[方法/过程]选取20个期刊公众号作为研究样本，利用三阶段DEA方法，确定投入产出指标数据，通过DEA-BCC模型估算各公众号运营效率值，并结合SFA回归剔除环境因素的影响。[结果/结论]剔除环境因素和随机噪声影响后，公众号平均综合效率较第一阶段有所上升，但仍有16个公众号未实现DEA有效。最后结合数据包络分析的原理，从节约投入资源与保证投入有效性两个角度提出公众号改进建议。

[Purpose/Significance] By calculating the operation efficiency of WeChat public account of academic journals of library, information and archives management, this study understands its development status and gives targeted suggestions. It is of certain guiding significance for the future development of the public account of academic journals of library, information and archives management. [Method/Process] In this paper, 20 journal public accounts were selected as research samples, and the three-stage DEA method was used to determine the input-output index data, the operating efficiency value of each public account was estimated through the DEA-BCC model, and the impact of environmental factors were eliminated combined with SFA regression. [Result/Conclusion] After excluding environmental factors and the influence of random noise, the average comprehensive efficiency of public accounts has increased compared with the first stage, but there are still 16 public accounts that did not achieve DEA effectiveness. Finally, combining with the principle of data envelope analysis, the public account improvement proposal is put forward from two perspectives of saving investment resources and ensuring the effectiveness of investment.
