[目的/意义]根据全球公开流量数据，探索国际信息传播格局现状。[方法/过程]引入网站的实际访问流量，利用国家（地区）互联网新闻平台信息流入和流出情况，采取社会网络分析和流量分析的方法，对来自144个国家/地区的288个新闻信息服务网站及相关传播渠道进行分析，测算信息服务量、信息获取量和对外传播量，并基于此探索国家/地区间的绝对、相对位置关系，数据结果呈现了全球信息传播格局的最新特点，刻画国家/地区粒度的信息传播力。[结果/结论]流量分析和社会网络分析能够呈现出全球传播格局中国家/地区的最新位置关系，扩展了世界体系理论关于全球网络传播格局的定量研究成果，从实证层面论证了发展中国家在互联网治理和国际话语权扩大方面的现实可能。

[Purpose/Significance] To explore the current status of international information and communication pattern based on global public traffic data. [Method/Process] Introducing the actual access traffic of websites, using the information inflow and outflow of national (regional) Internet news platforms, 288 news and information service websites and related communication channels from 144 countries and regions were analyzed by the methods of social network analysis and traffic analysis. This study measured the amount of information services, information access and external communication, and explored the absolute and relative position relationships among countries (regions) based on this. The data results presented the latest features of the global information and communication pattern and portrayed the information communication power at the national granularity. [Result/Conclusion] Traffic analysis and social network analysis are able to present the latest positional relationships of countries in the global communication pattern. This study extends the quantitative findings of world system theory on the global network communication pattern and empirically demonstrates the realistic possibilities of developing countries in Internet governance and international discourse expansion.
