摘要

[目的/意义]知识管理即将成为企业发展的主要驱动力,其对企业核心竞争力的提升起到越来越重要的作用。[方法/过程] 广东电网公司管理科学研究院通过引入“知识管理”工具,搭建和推行一套符合企业实际、与业务紧密结合的知识管理体系,建设知识管理平台,在平台运营过程中完成知识创造、捕获、沉淀、应用和共享,从而提升自身核心竞争力,打造学习型组织。[结果/结论] 知识管理平台的建设与运营,为企业人员提供了知识共享一体化平台,促进了知识成果在企业内部的共享与推广,推动了知识管理赋能业务发展,营造了知识共享的文化氛围,有力推动了电网学习型组织的建设。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Knowledge management will become the main driving force of enterprise development and play an increasingly important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. [Method/Process] Through the introduction of “knowledge management” tools, Management Science Research Institute of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation built and implemented a set of knowledge management system which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and closely combined with the business, set up a knowledge management platform, and in the operation process of the platform, the creation, capture, precipitation, application and sharing of knowledge could be completed in order to enhance its core competitiveness and create a learning organization. [Result/Conclusion] The construction and operation of the knowledge management platform provides an integrated platform for knowledge sharing, facilitates the sharing and promotion of knowledge achievements within the enterprise, promotes the development of knowledge management enabling business, creates a cultural atmosphere of knowledge sharing, and effectively promotes the construction of learning organization in power grid.
