知识管理在互联网信息搜索行业的应用
Research on Application of Knowledge Management in Internet Information Search Industry
[目的/意义] 旨在通过分析互联网信息搜索行业知识管理应用现状，解决其存在的具体问题，并就互联网信息搜索行业知识管理的应用进行探讨。[方法/过程] 参考VRIO模型，从智力资本、知识管理战略、知识共享与创造三个角度分析互联网信息搜索行业知识管理应用的现状并构建互联网信息搜索行业企业知识管理框架。[结果/结论] 从三个方面提出具体的知识管理应用方案，以帮助互联网信息搜索行业企业提升知识管理应用的可行性与有效性。
[Purpose/significance] By analyzing the application status of knowledge management in the Internet information search industry, this paper aims to solve the specific problems and discuss the application of knowledge management in the Internet information search industry. [Method/process] From the perspective of intellectual capital, knowledge management strategy, knowledge sharing and creation, this paper analyzed the current application situation of knowledge management in the Internet information search industry and constructed an enterprise knowledge management framework for the Internet information search industry. Meanwhile, during the research, this paper refered to the VRIO model. [Result/conclusion] The specific application of knowledge management is proposed from three aspects, which aims to help the Internet information search industry to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of knowledge management applications.
