[目的/意义]区域科技协同创新是一个复杂的系统工程,需要各个创新主体的共同参与。研究与构建基于各个创新主体参与的合作平台，对于促进在资源共享基础上的合作和互动具有现实意义。[方法/过程] 基于协同创新平台内涵、主体需求定位、组织形式等研究，对该平台做出理论界定，进而分析区域协同创新服务平台应实现的基本功能及其“互联网＋”相关技术对平台的支撑作用。[结果/结论] 完成协同创新服务平台系统的架构设计并构建有关基于“互联网+”的协同创新平台的集成化运行模式。作为平台核心部分的信息共享子系统，其4个模块的具体构建需要进一步深化研究。

[Purpose/significance] Regional science and technology collaborative innovation is a complex system engineering that requires the participation of various innovation entities. Research and construction of a cooperation platform based on the participation of various innovation entities has practical significance for promoting cooperation and interaction on the basis of resource sharing. [Method/process] Firstly, this paper combed the research on collaborative innovation platform including the connotation, the demand positioning of the subject and the form of organization, and then, we defined the platform. Finally, we analyzed the basic functions of regional collaborative innovation that should be implemented, and implanted the related technologies of “Internet +” to support the platform. [Result/conclusion] We design the architecture of collaborative innovation service platform and the integrated operation mode of collaborative innovation platform which based on the “Internet +”. However, as the core part of the platform information sharing subsystem, the specific construction of the four modules needs further research.
