摘要
[目的/意义] 如何将老一辈专家及工程人员型号设计经验固化,实现知识由隐性化向显性化的转变,有效促进知识的积累、转化、应用,是当前我国航天发展面临的一大难题。[方法/过程] 提出“岗位-专业-流程”三维度知识固化体系模型,通过编制岗位标准目录、设计师手册、设计模板和专家访谈等形式进行知识固化实践,对进行知识的创造、显化、共享、应用和继承的有效机制进行有益的尝试与探索。[结果/结论] 在单位内部型号和院相关设计单位产品研制过程中得到有效应用,具有良好的示范作用。
Abstract
[Purpose/significance] How to manage the knowledge of experts and engineers to realize the knowledge transformation from the recessive to the dominant, and promote the accumulation, transformation and application of knowledge effectively is a big challenge for China’s aerospace development. [Method/process] This paper put forward the model of “Post-Profession-Flow” three dimensional knowledge curing system to develop the knowledge management in terms of the standard directory, design templates, expert interviews and other forms of knowledge management practice, attempting to explore the effective mechanism of knowledge creation, knowledge manifestation and knowledge sharing. [Result/conclusion] This model has been applied in the process of product development effectively within the internal unit and hospital-related unit.
