[目的/意义] 随着企业对组织知识内容质量的要求越来越高，研究知识萃取方法，推动组织知识的挖掘、加工、提炼，提升组织知识复制、推广、应用水平，具有重要的意义。[方法/过程] 通过研究知识萃取相关学术文献及产业实践，对知识萃取概念进行辨析，提出知识萃取PREFS®过程方法及STAR®内容模型，并且应用到企业实践中进行实证检验。［结果/结论] 知识萃取工作对于企业知识管理非常必要，知识萃取PREFS®过程方法及STAR®内容模型具有实战价值。通过知识萃取，不仅能将组织最佳实践通过萃取转变成可以传承组织智慧的知识产品，而且可以作为抓手推动组织知识管理策略实施或拓展。

[Purpose/significance] With the highly increasing demand on the quality of organizational knowledge, this study on knowledge extraction methods aims to promote organizational knowledge mining, processing, refining, and improve the organizational knowledge replication, promotion, application level, which has great significance. [Method/process] Through the research of knowledge extraction from the relevant academic literature and industry practices, the concept of knowledge extraction, the PREFS® process method and the STAR® content model have been proposed. Then, they have been applied and validated in real business practices. [Result/conclusion] Knowledge extraction is necessary for enterprise knowledge management, and the PREFS® process method and the STAR® content model have practical value. Through knowledge extraction, not only can the best organizational practice be transformed into knowledge products which can inherit the wisdom of the organization, but also the knowledge management strategy can be implemented as the starting point.
