[目的/意义] 老年人在其生命历程中积累了许多宝贵的知识（如经验、专业技能、社会关系和智慧等），如能使老年人的知识在代际之间传承下去，将能实现社会人力资本的积累延续以及年轻人力资本的开发，从而实现我国第一次人口红利与第二次人口红利的较好过渡，最终实现社会、经济的可持续发展。因此本文试图对老年人代际知识转移意愿的影响因素进行初步分析。[方法/过程] 以济南市老年人为调查对象，回收了286份有效样本（年龄均在60岁以上）。通过多元线性回归分析，构建了一个老年人代际知识转移意愿的影响因素模型。 [结果/结论] 教育背景、老年人感知的（自己）知识有用性和感知（代际知识转移）收获对老年人代际知识转移意愿具有直接积极影响；身体条件除对老年人代际知识转移意愿有直接的消极影响外，还会通过老年人感知知识有用性的中介，消极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿；通过老年人感知收获的中介，上网频率会积极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿；通过老年人感知知识有用性和感知收获的中介，年轻人感知（老年人）知识有用性会积极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿。

[Purpose/significance] The elderly has accumulated much valuable knowledge in their life course, such as experience, professional skills, social relations and wisdom, etc. If knowledge can be successfully transferred from the elderly to young people, existing human capital will be accumulated and retained for the next generation and young human capital will be developed. It will be conducive to the transition from the first demographic dividend to the second demographic dividend, and the sustainable development of human society and economy. In order to understand the situation of the elderly intergenerational knowledge transfer intention, we designed a questionnaire. [Method/process] We surveyed 387 elderly people of Jinan City, Shandong Province. After eliminating invalid questionnaires, we finally got 286 valid questionnaires from elderly people over 60 years old. [Result/conclusion]Using multiple linear regression, we found that perceived usefulness of knowledge and the benefits of intergenerational knowledge transfer (IGKT) by the elderly will positively impact their intention of IGKT. Except directly and negatively impacting the intention of IGKT, health will also indirectly and negatively impact the intention of IGKT through the mediation of perceived usefulness of knowledge by the elderly. Online frequency will positively impact the intention of IGKT indirectly through the mediation of perceived benefits of IGKT by the elderly; perceived usefulness of knowledge by young people will positively impact the intention of IGKT indirectly through the mediation of perceived usefulness of knowledge and benefits of IGKT by the elderly. At the end of this paper, the theoretical and practical implications, limitations and the future work are discussed.
