[目的/意义] 针对我国信息产业发展状况，采用内容分析法对国内信息产业领域研究文献进行深度分析，从而发现我国信息产业研究热点和发展趋势。[方法/过程] 采用共词分析法和概念网络分析法对中国知网中信息产业研究相关的文献进行关键词和主题分析，总结出我国信息产业政策领域研究热点集中在信息技术产业化发展、信息化与信息安全、信息资源开发与规划、政府信息服务、信息政策、区域一体化中的信息产业规划这6个方面。[结果/结论] 在国家信息政策和信息资源战略规划的导向下，信息技术的发展逐步推动信息产业业态的转变和升级。不同地区之间的资源差异促使区域一体化中的信息产业发展逐步重视利益协调和政策联动等问题。

[Purpose/significance] This research aims to make anin-depth review on information industry researches in China and depict the development rules of Chinese information industry. [Method/process] We employed co-word and conceptual network analyses. Through the knowledge graph of current researches, information technologies and industrialization, information security, information resources development and planning, governmental information service, information policies and information industry in the process of regional integration were deeply discussed.[Result/conclusion] Under the national information strategies and policies, the technology development promotes the information industry activities. Interest coordination and policy connection become the key factors for an effective regional integration.
