摘要
[目的/意义] 知识评价和知识型员工的知识水平评价是我国企业开展创新所面临的两大挑战。[方法/过程] 提出基于大数据的知识共享的方法,试图通过相关制度、标准和平台的建设,获取知识大数据和知识评价大数据,实现知识管理全过程的可追溯以及企业员工的知识共享和知识水平的透明化。[结果/结论] 企业在此基础上给予公平公正的激励,使员工乐于共享知识、积极参与知识评价,最终建立透明和公平的企业,形成有序化的知识网络和企业员工积极共享知识的阳光氛围。
Abstract
[Purpose/significance] Knowledge evaluation and knowledge workers’ level evaluation are two major challenges for enterprises innovation. Knowledge sharing methods based on the big data are presented. [Method/process] Through the construction of related systems, standards and platforms, the big data about knowledge and knowledge evaluation are obtained, and the traceability of knowledge management’s in the whole process and the transparency of enterprise workers’ knowledge sharing and knowledge levels are obtained. On this basis, enterprises give fair and just incentives to workers and make them glad to share knowledge, active to participate in knowledge evaluation. [Result/conclusion] As a result, a transparent and fair enterprise environment with the orderly knowledge network and an excellent atmosphere in which workers share knowledge actively is built up.
