摘要

以省级科学院（简称“省科院”）为例，通过封闭问卷和开放问卷等调研方式，研究其科技创新活动中管理创新、科研创新、技术应用创新等环节的信息需求，并介绍中国科学院文献情报中心面向省科院科技创新需求构建知识服务模式和形成服务产品的实践探索。
