摘要

在分析中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所（简称西安光机所）机构知识库（OPT-IR)建设需求的基础上，设计西安光机所机构知识库的建设方案，即在完成机构科研成果产出数据存缴的基础上，依据知识服务中OPT-IR 数据组织需求, 设计满足科研支撑服务需求的数据整合、存储和知识服务策略，解决了长期以来人工统计科研成果产出问题，为实现面向西安光机所学术科研活动的科研支撑服务提供数据依据，以提高研究所科研成果的应用价值。
