回顾OA运动和OA期刊近期发展情况。分析政府的OA政策、OA期刊的市场、学者对OA期刊的见解以及对期刊新型模式的探索等。指出期刊模式转变过程的长期性,在相当长的时期内传统期刊模式仍然起着一定的作用。对于不同学科的期刊,模式转变过程的进展程度并不一致。
