摘要

企业知识管理系统的规划和部署，是一个企业中带有战略意义的重大决策和实施过程。如何设计和实施一套符合企业总体战略的、高效率的知识管理系统，已经成为大多数企业迫切需要解决的问题。分析知识管理系统实现技术的分类，从制定战略的角度明确企业知识资产和知识处理能力，在此基础上提出企业知识管理系统的具体应用模型。并进一步探讨系统实施的技术架构，提出服务导向的集中式知识管理系统架构。
